Founded in 2005 and incorporated in 2007, we are a certified public accounting firm located in Tremont, Illinois. Our primary focus is providing experienced, quality accounting, assurance, and consulting to smaller not-for-profit and local government organizations. Our experience has been that these organizations are often not provided the personal attention they desire from larger accounting firms. Our goal is to maintain a practice size that allows us to provide smaller not-for-profit and governmental organizations direct contact with experienced, knowledgeable personnel.

We provide audit, review, compilation, and certain preparation and agreed-upon procedures services in accordance with applicable professional standards.
TAX SERVICES
We provide professional preparation of federal form 1023 series, federal form 990 series, and equivalent State of Illinois forms for not-for-profit organizations.
Consulting Services
General Consulting: Provided in connection with Assurance or Tax Services, we can provide you with answers to your general questions throughout the year.
About Us
Nathan D. Koch, CPA (Nate)
Nate is the sole shareholder of the firm and manages our not-for-profit division. Nate has been providing public accounting services to organizations in central Illinois since 1992. He has significant experience in the not-for-profit and local government industries. Nate is professionally licensed to provide certified public accounting services in the State of Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois CPA Society. He has attended numerous continuing professional education courses focusing on not-for-profit accounting standards and has a sound grasp of the accounting issues and challenges facing these organizations. On a personal level, Nate and his wife Sandi are happy, blessed parents of eight children and a growing number of grandchildren. They like to spend as much time as possible enjoying God’s creation together – including gardening and hobby farming.
Matthew G. Koch, CPA (Matt)
Matt is a principal/manager with the firm and manages our local government division. Matt has been providing public accounting services to organizations in central Illinois since 2000. Matt is professionally licensed to provide certified public accounting services in the State of Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois CPA Society. While Matt has served a variety of organizations, much of his experience has been focused on not-for-profit and local government organizations. Matt and his wife Jacque have four children and live in Tremont, IL.
